Do you ship worldwide? How long does the delivery take?

It normally takes 5-10 business days for us to customized your order.
For all orders that are placed in the US, we are pleased to let you know that delivery is fast and your order gets to you within 5-8 business days, FEDEX Express 3-7 days;(UK delivery date 3-8 days),(Canada delivery date 8-10 days ;FEDEX Express 3-7 days )
For all other nations, it is delivered within 8-15 days. We work with major couriers and postal services worldwide to ship your orders.
Do you have a warranty on the MW stone?
Yes! Every MW comes with a limited lifelong warranty that protects it against damage to the stone and any changes in color, clarity or brilliance. We got you covered! Please note that any physical damage to stone will not be covered under warranty.
Why is my credit card being declined?
Please verify that your billing address matches the address your bank has on file, otherwise the transaction will be declined.
How do I change/modify my order?

Please note that we can help you modify your order before shipment.
It includes changing the size , removing an item, changing your shipping address.
Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

We don’t automatically send out tracking codes, rather we send notifications to your email and text whenever it’s delivered or close to being delivered.

Can anyone see the difference between Moissanite to natural diamond?
It is very difficult even for a well-trained jeweler to see the difference between a diamond and MW Moissanite. Since all MW Moissanite are D color (colorless) VVS1 Clarity and Excellent Cut, it is possible to determine the difference only by using a special diamond tester.
Do you offer a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, All of Our Moissanite jewelry comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Every certificate includes detailed information about your item including color, cut and clarity.
How should I take care of my new jewelry?
Exposure during ordinary wear to perspiration and household chemicals, like hand soap, chlorine and hairspray, can cause buildup that dulls the surface of any gemstone. We recommend periodic cleaning to keep your jewelry sparkling and refractive. Using ammonia or plain white vinegar and a toothbrush will keep them always looking brand new.
How can I return an item?

Can I upgrade my order from 1.5 carats to 2 carats?
Yes! If you wish to change the carat of your order, Once your order is placed, please email us immediately and we will manually change your order to 2-Carat right away. Please note that this only applies to orders that has not shipped yet. Once it is shipped, we are no longer able to upgrade your order.
