STEP 1: QUOTE REQUEST

STEP 2: CONCEPT

Our jewelry designers will work with you—bringing your ideas, sketches, and inspiration to life—to craft a design that’s uniquely yours. Our team of GIA Graduate Gemologists will help you handpick the perfect gemstone for your vision. The options are endless: from regal purple amethyst to deep blue sapphire, or even timeless lab-grown diamonds (also known as synthetic diamonds).Now, let’s create your dream ring!

STEP 3: CAD MODELS (3D)

Once your design concept has been finalized and an order placed, we will create a computerized (CAD) model which displays multi-angled renderings of your piece. Images of your CAD model will be sent for you to approve or request modifications to your design.

STEP 4: APPROVAL & FINISHED PIECE

Once you give the final approval, our production team will handcraft your design using the recycled precious metals you’ve selected. Every MW piece is custom-made by skilled artisans to ensure it meets your expectations and our strict quality standards. Before your jewelry ships, our quality control team meticulously inspects the finished piece. We’ll then send you high-resolution photos and a video showcasing every detail—so you can confirm it’s perfect. Only when you’re completely satisfied will we carefully package your jewelry in our signature gift box and ship it via FedEx for a secure, tracked delivery.
